Services

Aerial Hoop for children 

For ages 8 upwards.

Aerial hoop is a full body workout and you'll gain lots of strength as you quickly realize that lifting your body weight multiple times can be quite challenging. You will build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body. Not to mention, it is a great core workout too! You will see improvements in your flexibility

Adults Aerial Hoop

Aerial hoop is a full body workout and you'll gain lots of strength as you quickly realize that lifting your body weight multiple times can be quite challenging. You will build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body. Not to mention, it is a great core workout too! You will see improvements in your flexibility

Boxercise 

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.

Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Personal Training 

level 3 personal trainer and nutritional advisor with 6 years experience, trained in circuit training, spin and also yoga, now based at aerial fitness. Workout in your own private gym!

 Aerial Silks 

Aerial Silks uses two lengths of fabric, secured from the ceiling, and involves defying gravity and using your strength to climb and manoeuvre the silks. Under careful instruction, you’ll learn how to wrap the silks around your body to reach cool poses that will really improve your flexibility. 

Children's Aerial party

1.5 hours of Aerial fun, trapeze, Aerial hoop, Aerial hammock, Aerial cube and lots of fun! Message us for prices.

What do i wear?

Ideal items to wear are leggings, with a leotard over the top or just simple Tight fitting clothing with no jewerly. 

Can Aerial hoop help with toning up?

Yes indeed. Aerial hoop can be challanging and gives nessary pressure to encurage muscle growth.

do you need to be fit to do Aerial hoop?

we all have to start somewhere and Aerial fitness is a great start, we build up your fitness levels starting at beginers levels, its a grrat workout and doesnt even feel like you are working out! unlike most gym workouts this is defintly fun fitness!
