A full day of aerial hoop, aerial hammock, Acro, doubles, dance, Aerial umbrella and so much more!!! A packed lunch must be brought.
Adults Lower intermediate hoop
lower level moves, all classes are adaptable to ability, progression moves and regression moves shown.
Adults higher intermedite hoop
Lower level moves, all classes are adaptable to ability, progression moves and regression moves shown.
Adults Advanced Hoop
In this class I show advanced moves, this is not sutible for the lower intermediate students.
